01 Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the website at 9lineagency.com or by requesting lodging services from 9 Line Agency, LLC ("9 Line Agency," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use our services, including military personnel, DoD civilians, and authorized unit representatives.

02 Description of Services

9 Line Agency is a veteran-owned lodging concierge service specializing in temporary duty (TDY) accommodations for military personnel and Department of Defense employees. Our services include:

• Sourcing and securing JTR-compliant lodging accommodations
• Coordination with lodging providers on behalf of clients
• Assistance with DTS documentation and pre-approval packages
• 24/7 support throughout the duration of the TDY assignment
• Coordination of group and long-term TDY bookings

9 Line Agency acts as an intermediary between clients and lodging providers. We do not own or operate lodging facilities directly.

03 Eligibility

Our services are available to active duty, reserve, and retired military personnel; DoD and federal government civilians; and authorized unit or command representatives. By using our services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

04 Bookings and Reservations

All lodging requests are subject to availability and confirmation. A reservation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from 9 Line Agency. We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when submitting a lodging request, including correct TDY dates, location, and applicable order numbers. 9 Line Agency is not liable for errors resulting from inaccurate information provided by the client.

05 Cancellation Policy

Cancellation terms vary by property and reservation type. Specific cancellation deadlines and any applicable fees are disclosed at the time of booking confirmation. Cancellations must be submitted in writing to reservations@9lineagency.com.

Cancellations due to official orders modification or mission cancellation are handled on a case-by-case basis. We work proactively with lodging partners to minimize fees in these circumstances and will provide supporting documentation for any government waiver requests.

06 Payment Terms

Payment is due in accordance with the terms established at the time of booking. For DTS-billed reservations, payment is coordinated through government travel card or the applicable military pay system. For reservations billed directly, payment is due as specified in the booking confirmation.

9 Line Agency is not responsible for delays in government reimbursement or DTS processing. Clients are responsible for ensuring timely voucher submission and compliance with their unit's finance procedures.

07 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our website and services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information in connection with any booking request
• Use our services for personal travel not connected to official TDY orders
• Attempt to circumvent per diem limitations or government travel regulations
• Interfere with or disrupt the operation of our website or services
• Use our website to transmit harmful, abusive, or unlawful content

08 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 9 Line Agency shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to 9 Line Agency in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $500, whichever is greater.

9 Line Agency is not liable for the acts, omissions, or negligence of lodging providers or other third parties, nor for delays or failures beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, or military operational requirements.

09 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 9 Line Agency, its officers, members, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or in any way connected with your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any applicable law or regulation.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of 9 Line Agency or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

The 9 Line Agency name and logo are trademarks of 9 Line Agency, LLC. Unauthorized use of our trademarks is strictly prohibited.

11 Dispute Resolution

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these terms or our services, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Maricopa County, Arizona, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or participation in a class action lawsuit with respect to any dispute arising under these terms.

12 Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal proceedings not subject to arbitration shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

13 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our website or services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

We encourage you to review these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to active clients via email when practicable.
