Connor Cullip founded 9Line Agency after eight years of service in the Alaska Army National Guard as a medevac search and rescue hoist operator. That hands-on experience gave him an unfiltered view of the logistical challenges military personnel face when securing quality accommodations during temporary duty assignments.

Those insights were deepened by his career in real estate investing and mortgage lending, along with the lessons he learned growing up in a bed-and-breakfast. Together, they shaped his vision for something better: a level of hospitality, reliability, and attention to detail that truly supports the military community. He identified a gap no one was properly filling and set out to build it.

The name "9 Line" is drawn from the military's 9-line MEDEVAC request, a precise, coordinated call for support when it matters most. That same ethos of rapid, reliable response defines everything 9Line Agency does. When service members need lodging, they deserve the same level of dedication and precision that defines military operations themselves.

Today, 9Line Agency serves military personnel across worldwide locations, managing over 45,000+ nights per year. Every property in our network is rigorously vetted for safety, comfort, and compliance, from secure locations and fully equipped kitchens to high-speed internet and flexible booking arrangements designed specifically for the pace of military travel.

As a veteran-owned small business, we operate with an intimate understanding of military culture, regulations, and expectations. We integrate seamlessly with the Defense Travel System and comply fully with Joint Travel Regulations, making the administrative process as smooth as the accommodations themselves. U.S. Air Force TACP / JTAC

Ryan Rogers, Business Developer

Ryan Rogers has served 19 years in the U.S. Air Force, primarily as a TACP and JTAC. As a JTAC Instructor and Evaluator, he worked alongside ground units and gained firsthand experience in how military teams plan, move, train, and execute.

Ryan brings that operational perspective to 9Line Agency by pressure-testing each course of action against real-world unit requirements: personnel movement, training schedules, workspaces, and logistical constraints. He helps ensure every lodging and support solution is practical, adaptable, and aligned with the customer's mission.

Sydney, Operations Director

Sydney runs day-to-day operations. She manages transitions in and out of every property, coordinating turnover so units arrive to a space that's ready and depart without loose ends.

She also owns our property standards. Every property in the portfolio is inspected and maintained to meet the 9Line Agency Property Standard, so what a unit sees when they book is what they get when they arrive.
